your mind was created to experience the 3D world and to experience your soul from a 3D perspective. However your mind also enables you to experience higher dimensions whilst being ultimately a 3D tool and being grounded in the 3D.

when you talk to your higher self it is actually your mind talking to your soul. With time you will embody your higher self and will need to talk less to your higher self as you will be embodying your soul, trusting your intuition and will just "know" the answers. You will have less questions and will surrender yourself more and more to soul. The more you surrender to soul the more you emobody the soul and the easier it becomes for you to operate in the 5D and play around with the energy of the 5D to influence your 3D experiences
