Integration back into wholeness

where you can be fully present with your painful experiences and experience the emotions without becoming the emotions

ie I am angry vs I am present and am observing the pain/anger 

 

you re integrate painful past experiences into yourself. You no longer resist them. You accept them and integrate them back into your being. You love them because they are part of you and you love yourself unconditionally.

 

this brings back the fragmented parts of you and contributes to your wholeness. It also being you more at one with your true authentic self and source
