This first stage is to help you remove the layers the ego has built up around your true authentic self. They are based around trauma and feelings like shame, rejection, abandonment, unworthiness. You will have reactive behaviours that are triggered by past trauma in your subconscious brain, The purpose of this section is to shine a light on these traumas so they can finally be identified, processed, accepted, loved and released. I will take you through this process step by step...together. 

 

With each activity you do , with each journal entry, more and more layers will be pulled away and your ego will get weaker and weaker. With each activity, with each release you are closer to alignment with your true authentic self and to a sovereign existence filled with peace love and joy.

 

It is this way that you show yourself love, by showing up for yourself, no matter how painful it is. Remember any pain that comes up is only a feeling. At worst it is just uncomfortable. It will not last forever. It is just a part of you that needs attention and just wanted to be understood, validated, loved and accepted, Then it will evaporate and become whole with you. It wants to become whole with you but can't due to the negative energy that it carries within it. that energy needs to be released so it can reintegrate with you. Taking this time to understand yourself, truly understand yourself on a subconscious level is the sincerest form of love. What is upsetting you. 

 

Recall when you were a child. Did you feel the need for attention, love, understanding and unconditional acceptance. Thats all the suppressed, ignored parts of you want too They are simply a younger version of you that has been left behind as it triggers feelings of shame, abandonment or fear.
