How to move past these road blocks

- allowing feelings to come up without judgement, do not suppress

- talk to your past self

- journal 

- shadow work

- most importantly, allow the pain part of yourself to express what hurt through journalling or speaking to yourself and allow the pain to be expressed in your body, ask yourself what you can give to that part of yourself to make it right or better, give that hurt part of you LOVE and feel that part of you be reintegrated back into you into wholeness. this is a lifelong process however gets easier with time.

understand that you are worthy of love and self-love

by uncovering your authentic self (another section) you find your true self is automatically worthy of love because you just ARE you. You are not your actions, nor are you what happened to you. 

The strongest form of self love is taking time out for

yourself to understand yourself better. Just as you would someone love. They matter to you. Understand what you love, what you enjoy, what hurts you, why you react the way you do. Ensure that you are looking after yourself physically, emotionally, financially, spirituality and creatively.
